Re: some of my new colored pencil drawings

Shading looks really good, but the first one could use some work on proportion. The vette looks nice, but the roof on the 300c is iffy. Overall, you're really good with colour. Work on the line drawings a little bit!

Re: some of my new colored pencil drawings

I would say do more research, and study the cars before or while you draw them. Finding more pics showing details will help you get some of the shapes down. Nice work tho, good use of color.

Do the old "look at the paper from behind as a mirror image" trick. It works for me!

Re: some of my new colored pencil drawings

You're 14 years old you said. Dude your work is awesome regarding your age. If it would have been done by an 16 year old, it wouls till be good. You shading skills are good for your age! Just work on proportions, that will come s you grow older. Keep it up!

Not bad, I like yellow hot rod.
Have you thought about buying ellipse templates?

Re: some of my new colored pencil drawings

ok, fishstick, tofu, everybody else under 14, I'm sorry.

Maybe it's because you're on here since I came to this board. So I somehow look at you from a different view like at a newbie.
There were many "kiddies" aged 13 or 14 who posted some poor stuff here and then went away soon later.

I guess I should care less about the age.

Re: some of my new colored pencil drawings

welcome to the forum! Your work looks really good other than the things that have been mentioned already. Are you using prismacolors?
