Nice progress so far I like what you did with the exhaust, much better than what Revell managed..

That's what I thought too, but 24 hours later it still is in the completed projects area.

Re: Dodge Viper SRT-10 (1:25 Revell)

Nice work so far, looks good.
One thing i noticed, the exhaust pips goes from the engine & around the sides & then cuts back inboard to where the Diff is. The exhaust pipe on the body is infront of the rear wheels. This must be a manufactoring mistake.

Re: Dodge Viper SRT-10 (1:25 Revell)

If you notice, the exhaust comes down the side from the engine and cuts across to the other side of the vehicle. In the center, by the differential, there is a cross over pipe, or "H" pipe. This is there to equalize exhaust pressure from one side to the other, creates more power and efficiency. So the exhaust from the driver's side exits on the passenger side of the vehicle.

You can see where I circled the "H" pipe, and I blacked out where there shouldn't be any thing as the model is molded with the pipes as one piece.

Unfortunately it's got to be - I will add black matt paint between pipes.

Re: Dodge Viper SRT-10 (1:25 Revell)

I already like where this is going. I am going to have to do this to my viper kit when/if I ever build it.
