Question 99 suburban water issue!!!

every time i wash my suburban, i go into the front passenger side and find the carpet wet.. the seat was dry and so was the top of the mat.. it seems to be coming up from the floor.. and when i use the a/c, i hear water splashing around in the ductwork.. please help!!

Check the core case drains. They make be clogged with debris, leaves, dirt, etcetera.
