Sedan Handles
Since I have to take my car to the shop to get all my locks replaced after being broke into, I was going to go ahead and do the sedan door handle/keyless entry conversion, but I need to know if 88-89 sedan handles will work for a 90 hatchback.
I can't find any 90-91 handles at the local junkyards, but I found some for an 88-89, so I want to pick those up... Any ideas?

as far as i know there is no difference. we just got rear sedan handles from the junkyard.....not year specific

Hey ci5ic i have a set of stock 90-91 handles i'll sell ya if your interested in those. they are off of my car ans painted the "kick ass" red that my car is.... hehehe umm since im not on here alot email me if your interested. [email protected]

Thanks trav, but I'm going to go pick up the ones from the junkyard tomorrow and see how they work. I'll let everyone know wether or not they do... It would be really cool if we could have some sort of list that we could compile about what parts are interchangeable between hatch, rex, and sedan and 88-89 and 90-91... Any ideas about how we could do that? For instance, we know that 88-89 hatch tails are interchangeable with 90-91 tails with some modification, but none of the tails are interchangeable between hatch, rex and sedan. Or I know that CRX headlights are interchangeable with hatch headlights and sedan headlights with some modification.

Snagged some handles today from an 88 or 89 sedan. They look like they'll work, I'll do some further checking this weekend.
