Why are people dicks??

I'm just wondering there are so many dickheads out there. To clarify it is basically the east coast that is this way. I grew up in Mass and have lived there most of my life. I lived in CA for 3 years and what a change. Not only is it so much better to live there, but overall people are not PRICKS like they are here on the east coast. Why is this??? Why live your life being miserable

A big F you to the pricks out here.

Okay I feel alot better now.

Fundamental personality defects, somewhat genetic, and mostly from the enviroment they have raised in, and how they reacted to that.

Cali is SOOOOOO much more laid back than the East Coast. Heck, I'm in Pittsburgh, but it's always rush rush rush. Now now now. There is no tomorrow over here. Everything must be done today. It's a very uptight attitude that leads to a lot of stress, and thus anxiety and rage, etc.

I noticed how calm NoCal was in only 5 days. Everyone would tease me because I was always out to be busy and finding something to do. It's a whole other world sometimes.

Just remember that no matter where you are: Everyone has one. Some people are one.... You can't escape it.

There are pricks everywhere, no matter where you go. The fact that its more laid back in Cali is most likely because of its atmosphere, it's got that kind of "party, have fun, chill out" character to it, therefore assholes are less prevailant because, why would anyone get pissed? its great weather and tons of things to do with no particular time schedule to follow (for most). I myself wouldn't mind moving to New Zealand. I watched a travel channel special on the place and am now hell-bent on going there. To all you Kiwis on AF, I envy you!

i think that it's because alot of things more spaced out probably...look at the size of the states on the east coast (like Massachusetts my home state) and then California which could fit like 10 of my state probably.....if you were that cramped, you'd act like an asshole too

I saw the specials too. I am more addicted to NZ now than ever. :o

It seems so cool, and I want to get that accent.
