Flexible Styrene?

Hey guys, I bought some styrene and I finally recieved it. It is the right thickness but its bendability is the same as paper. Actually it just looks like the expensive photopaper. Is this how Styrene is suppose to be for making kits? I thought it would be stronger than it is. Any help would be appreciated!

P.S. I see it kinda hard to make a kit with it unles you put very lights amount of putty on it to "strengthin" it.

.005" .13 mm

The thickness is fine, but it just seems like the expensive gloss printer paper.

I do use those paper like plastic sheet to add details, but that's too flexible for body mod in my opinion. I mostly use 0.3, 0.5 and 1.0 for body mod.

looks like I will be making another order for plastic.... $26 now in plastic

Atleast the few clear sheets I can use them for windows or something.

I also think I might try to get a template with the styrene and see if I can lightly coat it with putty.

There were 3 sheets in each pack. And I bought 5 packs. 4 "white" and 1 "clear" but that was only close to $15 shipped since I needed to atleast spend $10 for the person to sell it. So I will have to buy another $10 worth to get the right size.

You can use it for details, such as power window buttons, and the base of the badge and script, when decal doesn't look so realistic.

Anyone want to buy some from me? If you buy enough I will send them in the original packaging so it will cost less for shipping. I bought a few extra anyways to help out anyone here. You will pay exactly what I paid for the intiall price(shipping not included) and then you will pay shipping for how much it costs me to send to you.

I paid 2.25 for a 3 pack.

Is it all just plain, flat styrene sheet?
