Block up the hole??
I replaced all the speakers in the T4 (they were torn) with Lanzaar 2-way 6x4s up front and Jensen 2-way 6.5s in the back. I'm no audio connisuer, I just want something that don't rattle when you turn it up.
The 6.5s really thump but 6x4s don't kick much at all. I know the oval speakers won't give as much bass as the round but my question is this: The metal mounting part of the 6x4s don't completely cover the hole like the original speakers, will this make much of a difference to the bass?
