Honda Today police type?

Fujimi made a 1/24 Police Honday Today from the You're Under Arrest series some time ago.

I stumbled upon this page and he's saying there's something incorrect about the Fujimi release.

Anyway, the body and interior are from Tamiya, and the rest are from Fujimi.

I'm very interested in building this car. Does anyone know which other ktis came with a police lightbar, and where I can get the wheels shown in the photo? All I can get where I'm at is the Tamiya Honda Today, so I'd like to have a go at converting it. The decals look quite alright as they're mostly black and I can use an inkjet decal sheet.
