what kinda si? 92-95 civic si with the d16z6 or 99-00 civic si with the b16a2? i've seen b16as with built internals having 300 hp+ with turbo. they are very good motors.

with good engine management and a turbo, 200 at the wheels shouldent be to hard. if you want to go all moter then get a programable efi and start looking into pistons, head bolts, cams, springs, and retainers. get the lightest and strongest stuff you can afford for the valve train.

Here is the reality of the B16A. It is as fast as your pocket book makes it. As long as companies come out with parts like they currently are, the possibilities of that motor is endless. I have seen basic bolt on super and turbo chargers make nearly 300 crank horse with the right cooling. To make power with DOHC VTEC honda motors is so easy. Your main problem to face is motor integrity. Honda motors are made for NA applications, but a nice set of forged pistons and titanium valves, retainers, ect. and say hello to 400+ turbo/vtec horsepower. No lie. No sweat :sun:
