Uh, I might have something to say about that.

Gotta get to the dyno though... when it cools down some here.

OK till I see some dyno charts I'll claim highest HP G20. If anyone has more, Tony?, please scan your dyno plots and send them to me so I can put them up on G20.net.

Yo Jason how much horsepower did your car have stock? It seems like you did a whole lot of mods and you have 146.5 horses? I would just have figured you have a lot more. Well how much did all those mods cost you?

Damn and LUKE 230hp is buckwild crazy man. Mad props to you.

It had 140 just like yours. However when you hear us talking about dyno horsepower we are talking about power at the wheels. So when I dyno'd my car stock I hit 124 at the wheels. Which is actually quite strong for a low port. ~120 is typical. Reason for this discrepency is that manufactures take the hp rating at the crankshaft while once you filter the power through the tranny and all the gears, differentials, cv joints, friction etc you'll generaly lose ~15% power once it hits the road.

So after saying all that with 146.5whp and add 15% I'm now seeing close to 170 crank hp. So all the mods I've done have really made a big difference.

When finished with my turbo project, I hope to have at least 250 hp at the wheels. Here is what the engine will have with the turbo

92 G20 SR20DE
Hot Shot turbo kit (7-9 psi)
turbonetics blow off valve
turbonetics wastegate
spearco intercooler
2.5 inch down pipe
catco catilitic converter
Greddy cat back
denso iridium plugs
vitek wires
JWT S3 cams
Nismo gaskets
FAL electic fan

probably not the fastest G20, but should run low 14's maybe high 13's

Hehe me too, actually I'll probably have closer to 300 at the wheels. But of course I'll need to see some dyno charts if you're going to claim that much power! :hehe::hehehe:
