Angry No Fire

Hey all, I need some help. My newly aquired (Givin to me) porsche 944 won't fire. I got 12 volts coming to the coil, but no juice out of the coil. I replaced the coil thinking the coil was bad, but lo and behold, the problem is still there. I am no expert with these cars, so I am looking for someone that might has had the same experience.

Oh dear god, those electronic fuel injected cars. that's a20 year old car with a lot of electronic wire going all over the place.

Might as well throw on a new distributor cap and rotor and wires.

You could have a faulty connection somewere so check that all wires are sending their voltage to the right place.

If it doesn't start still, the electronic ignition module could be bad.

And don't forget that the distributor itself has a trigger sensor inside so it knows when to spark.
