Where is the antenna located?
I have a 98 Regal LS.Where is the antenna located? I replaced the factory stereo and everything works but AM. My daughter drives the car and she doesn't know when she last used the AM band. I can faintly hear the 50K watt local station so I suspect my problem is with the antenna. Thanks

Re: Where is the antenna located?
Your owners manual showed two possibilities. A fixed stationary antenna or the antenna is part of the rear window.

Re: Where is the antenna located?
Thanks. It is in the rear window.
For the record, there is an antenna cable that runs from the dash to the trunk. There is another cable/wire that then runs from the trunk to the antenna. There is a disconnect somewhere in the last cable. RTFM. LOL. |
