For the HDF pics, if you do a search for 13MAC, most of those pics are hi-res (like here) as are the ones of #018 recently posted by Erik here

The video thats on Limewire doesnt have a GTR in it (that i've seen), it has chassis #013 though, one of the silver cars but with a red stripe on the door that was for sale at Bingo Sports in Japan
