Question Is a 60-1 T04E Turbo Driveable Daily? #2

This is the second post about the 60-1 turbo, the first didn't go through for me. I was reading about this bad ass integra with this stage 4 turbo kit and it had 499 HP, is there anyway I could use this turbo on my car and replace a couple things like the 440cc injector with like a 330 or 370, and a couple other things and give my car like 350 HP and a daily driver. What in the hell makes this turbo such an ass kicker????

60-1 T04E Turbonetics Turbo
Greddy Drag Manifold
Custom 2 1/4 Inch Piping
Turbonetics Wastegate
Spearco Intercooler
Aeromotive Fuel Pump and Regulator
440cc RC Injectors
JE 9.1 Pistons
Profec-B Boost Controller
Crowler Rods
Greddy Blow Off Valve
Skunk 2 Cams.

It's big...Almost too big for your car I would think...That's what makes the power though, the size of the turbo and the amount of air it spools/flows.

What do you mean? I didn't even really look over the setup, but I'm just curious as to why you say it's BS? Mind adding some more to that?? Like what you would suggest/prefer...Or what will and will not work??

i think what he means is that turbo is way too big for that engine. the size of that turbo is better suited to higher displacement engines. ie, supra, etc. as for daily driver, no way in hell unless you don't mind major turbo lag until redline. haha.

what I meant was that,

1. the turbo is not big( I run one also), but will not bolt up to a greddy manifold.

2. the turbonetics WG is a piece of junk

3. 440 injectors will barely flow enough for 400whp let alone 500whp

4. there is no such thing as crowler rods

5. skunk2 cams are for N/A applications

6. why is there not a standalone listed in there. How are you supposed to make 500whp reliably?

it's not a piece of shit...what turbine housing are you using with it? a t3 or t4?

You'll get full spool by 5000rpm

I don't know, how much earlier would a T3 reach full spool than a T4?

at least 700 rpms quicker depending on what turbine housing and trim wheel you have

My car is basically going to stay on the street 99% of its life, so I feel like I don't need to run anymore than 10 psi of boost. Would a T28 turbo be a good choice, what is the next biggest size after the t 28?

I suggest you just get a turbo kit...you'll be much happier than going custom

That is what I plan to do. I was wondering if anyone makes a turbo for Integras that is larger than a T28 but smaller than a T3. If so who makes them? Would you suggest a T3 or T28 turbo if I want to keep the same fuel system.
