98 short block to 94 auto 4.3
Will it fit? I'm using my heads and intake, vortec tbi, was wondering if auto tranny will bolt up. oh, it's a 4.3, 2 WD 1/2 ton pickup, by the way

A friend of mine swapped a 350tbi into his 4.3 pickup. He said it went right in, and he didn't even have to swap out the ecm. Only thing he said was he had to increase the length of some sensor wires, and the fan shroud needed to be changed over.

no, it's a 4.3 already, i just want to know if the 98 block will bolt up to my auto trans. I'm gonna use my 94 heads and intake, because the 98 heads have the extra 2 bolts for the plenium design 6 port fuel injection, thanks for the reply
