AFX Scale Resin-- Has she disappeared?

So I ordered a set of wheels from AFX Resin over 2 months ago and have received no response to several emails asking where they are. When I initially ordered them, she sent me emails and we talked back and forth and everything seemed fine. But now she's disappeared. Anyone know of a way to contact them other than email?

Re: AFX Scale Resin-- Has she disappeared?

People on other forums have been having problems too.
I think they just keep taking orders and are not explaining how long you will have to wait.
Their site is still up.
I want to order some stuff they offer, but I am 40 years old and don't know if I will live to see it.LOL!
Most casters really lag except for Modelhaus and Bigjeepzz, and VCG.
This seems to be an issue with alot of people.
I have ordered from AFX and gotten my stuff within a couple months.
Good Luck.

Re: AFX Scale Resin-- Has she disappeared?

I've seen this issue w/AFX on every model board. Communication and speed are not their strong points. Nice parts if you can get them. They are supposed to be vending at our show on Nov. 11th, but sometimes it's someone else in person selling their products. Like many small resin casters, sometimes it's better to purchase in person vs. dealing w/them any other way.

I've been buying from AF/x for several years now, and I will say this--I've always recieved my order and recieved it correctly...but sometimes it's taken 4 months to get. They aren't very prompt at replying to email..
