935 seat & racing harness

Greetings to all,
I’m planning on building the 1/20 935 but before I begin does anyone know if the shoulder racing harness go through holes at the top of the seat, similar to today’s racers or do they simply drape over the seat top? Holes are not provided but I wondered if maybe it’s because it’s an old kit and they were not done but also because the kit comes with a driver figures with the harness molded on it. I won’t be using the figure. I have not found any pics showing the seat. Any pics or info from those who know is appreciated.
Thanks
