In progress: Peugeot 307 "Expert" Montecarlo 2006
Hello, these are some pics of my 307 with Studio27 decals. I didn't get well the color with the camera, the orange basecoat in the model is not so dark. I'll get better pics when it has clear coat over it.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Let me know what you think. Regards.. |

Hello Cold_Fire,

Re: In progress: Peugeot 307 "Expert" Montecarlo 2006
I followed your WIP while you were building your model, it's a great job
![]() I really don't know what color should be the correct one, as I've seen many photos of this car and to me the tone of the orange changes a lot from one to another. I've used some orange from lamborghini, 'Arancio Ishtar'. Decals from Studio27 have the typical note "Printed by Cartograph", but I think that Studio27 has switched to a higher quality print inside Cartograph or Cartograph has improved their quality, I've used many Cartograph decals and these ones are by far the best I've used. Small problems are due to my clumsy hands, not decals ![]() Regards |

Looking nice. you won't be the only one building this car.
I agree with you about the decals, S27 appear to have made a big leap in quality with this sheet. Their old stuff was usually excellent, but his one looks spectacular. Was a shame Henning retired when he did in Sardina last weekend. He'd been on the pace for a podium. |

Superb! The Lamborghini orange looks great to me, just like pics of the real car. How different does it look in real life?

I would say it's not as dark as in the photos, it's a bit lighter.
