Talking Tamiya Toyota Supra pretty much done

Yay- I have just completed another model- this time it is the Tamiya Supra- painted TS50 Mica blue, with metallic lue highlights in the otherwise chrome enginebay and a metallic blue and semigloss black interior trim. Also (Not seen in these photos) I used the steering wheel from the R32 Tamiya GTR

The rims are some that i found when I was in Weelington city

all I have left to do is touch up the window surrounds

engine

The Left handside view

The rear end shot

IMO the rims don't look god on it and you should have painted the underside of the hood also.

I like the stance of the car, the rims looks pretty nice, very god choice of color too!

One tip = you should'ev painted the other side of the hood as well but it's still cool.

I think there is a chance that the rim sticking out thing is deliberate- here in Europe it is quite a fashion to use wheel spacers to make the whelels stick out a little more and it is actually pretty good for handling- NOVITEC do some awesome wheel-spacing applications for Alfa Romeos

I agree on the camera thing as weel- MOSS YOUR CAMERA SUCKS :finger: (Or maybe you just suck at the photots )

Sweet, Moss-man!!

Wheels are controversial... :o IMO, they would better suit a German car... but they're far from being a deal-breaker.

What's up next?

Did you use primer? The edges are a little faint.

Nice car, good choice for the color. With some sponsors on the sides, that will look better.

Looks ok. Does mica blue get darker with every coat like telefonica blue?

Looks like it's darker in some areas. The rear picture looks like there is a huge scratch. I don't like the wheels either.

Nice paint job. Maybe try and narrow the wheels?

This might sounds bad....... but I'll say it anyways:

- Wheels are too damn big and dun look good on the car at all
- Polishing work looks fine, but the paint job u did is pretty bad, and if u dun use primer, USE IT!
- I suggest u to disassemble everything and repaint it, look at that huge scratch...
- Also, the paint job is very uneven.

Sry for the criticism, but for some ppl that is the only way to learn (like me)

everything looks cool but...the wheels really too out. Maybe adding fenders will be more agressive, IMO.:o
