Question What can/can't i do?

I just bought my 1997 200sx SE. I had one of my friends swera to me i could fit the Sr20det in. I have heard other wise. I just wanted to know what i can do to my car, i want to know it limits. I have heard abotu a Bluebird Sr20, what the difference between them? Oh so many questions and Oh so little time. Thats it for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :smoka:

They have lots of info. You have the SE, so it would be a lot more money and custom work to get a SR20 in. The Bluebird is an engine with a built in turbo. Its a very good engine. You have to also watch out for RWD or FWD. Other than that, some people have put in a SR20, and it sure is fast. But with that, youd have to get a new gauge cluster, etc. It would be better to just buy a SE-R because it comes with the sr20de

doing a de swap is'nt really worth doing but can be done, and is pretty expensive to do in a non sr20 car. But if your going to do it I would rather do the bluebird sr20det swap. Its turbocharged and is worth doing.You'll get a lot more power.

I almost forgot hot shots is coming out with a turbo kit for the ga16 engine and should be out real soon.

You can already buy the turbo from their site, its 3,200 dollars.
