R32 model differences
Does anyone know what changes the R32 GT-R went through during its model run? Aside from introducing the V-Spec and V-SpecII models, what would be the changes they went through from 1989-1994? Is a 1990 GT-R a safe bet?

R32
Hello, I am Japanese GT-R owner.
It writes about the difference among R32. 1989/8/21 R32GT-R 1990/2/22 GT-R NISMO (The base car for group A races. The abbreviation of an air-conditioner, an audio, ABS, and a rear wiper.@@Change of a turbine, ceramics š metal.@@) 500 sets of the number, limited models 1991/7 N1 base (ceramics turbine)N1 base is almost the same as GT-R NISMO. Change of a headlight(ProjectoršNormalj 1991/8/20 Minor change (Weight increases 50kg by wearing of a side impact beam.Improvement of a projector headlight) 1992/2 N1 base (metal turbine)N1 base is almost the same as GT-R NISMO. Change of a headlight(ProjectoršNormalj 1993/2/3 Minor change (Change of the operation system of a clutch.@push š pull@ Missions are improved.j V spec.(Tire size 225/50R17.BBS Wheel size 8J~17 Change of a suspension and ET-S) 1994/2/14 V specU(Tire size 245/45R17)The tire size of V spec is changed. GTR which I owned 90/2 R32GT-R 94/10 R32GT-R V specU 99/5 R34 GT-R V spec R34 is owned now. But I like R32. 160,000km or more ran by R32. |

Good info, may I ask what differences you've felt (as a driver) between the R32 and the R34? And Welcome to AF

It has forgotten to write in the thing of R32.
R32 V spec(A brake system is changed into brembo.) The first impression which compared R32 with R34Vspec. There is low-speed torque.(R34 feels torque from 2500rpm,R32 is from 2800rpm.) It is uncomfortable to ride in.(The suspension of R34Mspec is good for a run of a highway or winding road.It is also good to set a tire to BRIDGESTONE S|03 Pole Position.) The difference in the stability in 220km or more. When it compares with R34 My English conversation is weak. A mistake may be in English translation. |

Yo Yashi.....How much does an R-34 cost over there? They're crazy expensive over here and I was thinking about going over to Japan when I get out of school. I was always interested in Japan, Japan life, Japanese food, japanese people, and most of all...JAPANESE CARS.
