Question 99-how do I change the light above the back license plate?

Help! I need to change the light above the back license plate but I can't. I see that you have to unhook it from something but have no idea, feeling like a . ha. Any info would be a lot of help!!! Thank you!

I think you find the grey piece attached to the clear plastic lamp cover and twist it clockwise in relation to where you're standing. (top moving toward passenger side) It should pull away from the lamp cover and then there's the bulb. If you can't get a good grip on it you can remove the two screws holding the lamp cover in and pull the whole thing out so you can twist it.

That has got to be unscrewed, but it's like impossible to put back in, mine is just hanging out after I replaced the light
