This is very similar to the post about swapping S2K motor into a civic (especially if you choose the RWD SR20DET motor...because i believe that there was a FWD SR20DET). i refer you to my response in the post about the S2K motor into your civic.

You can fit an H22 in a civic - its not really a problem at all.

SR20DET just requires a little firewall "modification" and if its RWD you need a "tunnel" made up - new rear suspension setup etc. Not as easy as one would think...

Correct me if I'm wrong but the SR20DET came from the Sylvia, or was it the Skyline, which was it. Either way, instead of wasting the time/money to put that into a civic, you could just buy the complete other car...?

The SR20DET came in the S13,S14, and S15 Nissan Silvias in Japan only. The R32,R33,R34 Skyline GTRs used the RB26DETT motor. The SR20DET is an awesome motor with HUGE potentional...but I say if you want that motor......then get an early 90s 240SX. just my $0.02 tho

Just in case you are still interested in the SR20DET after the warnings about how much effort and cost needed.
I got a S15 front clip with a 6 speed tranny.
In case you got discouraged I also have the following JDM options for you
Civic EG6 front clip
Integra GSR front clip
Civic Type R swap
Accord H22 front clip
