How can i make my turn signal blink faster? if its possible!

Well I managed to do that on accident, I was trying to rewire my front indicators to stay on all the time and make the clearance bulb indicate and it flashed double time but wouldn't stay on when the headlights were on. Kind of strange but that's the only way I've seen my bulbs blink fast.

im not sure the number of the bulbs, but they have the same connector as the 1157 (single filament one, i think 1156 is the dual) anyway they are smaller bulb and i think lower watt. they are the older colored bulbs that you would replace 1157's with. on my 3rd gen, they are the license plate lights. you put one of these on front or back signal light and that side will blink 2x.
