sometimes when i brake, the pedal goes more in and i have to press the brake harder than usally. ish kinda hard to describe and when the break is all da way, my car goes to one side, not alot but i do have to turn the streering to get it strait. one of my friend told me that it can be the brake cylinder or someting. any info?

Kinda sounds like a stuck caliper to me. I had the same problem a while ago. Mine pulled to one side because one was hung up. Do you get a ton of brake dust on one wheel? Feel down by the wheels after you do alot of driving and braking. One should feel really really hot. Just my $.02
