WIP: Dodge RAM VTS

Yeah this is basically my first documented model. I started a couple of days ago on this project. It is a Revell Dodoge Ram VTS (Viper Engine). I wanted it lower than it was so I decided to slam it. The interior was very bland so I am doing a full coversion from a Silverado into it which will get rid of the bench seat and put in two larger seats and a center console. I will be repainting the inerior because it was all crapped up from my friend. I am debating wheater to paint it the blue viper color or black. I am going to shave all of the emblems off. So on with the pics:

Interior in the truck (gotta work on the dash):

Updates aren't going to be for awhile cause I'm going to Chicago .

Thanks,

Yeah they are SVT wheels but I thought they fit the truck well. The frame will be pretty close the the ground when it is all done .

Re: WIP: Dodge RAM VTS (Slammed)

yeah true the svt wheels do fit the truck well, and plus they are small so that kinda helps in getting the truck lower. i remember when i built that kit. actually i remember both times. i think a bunch of 1st graders got ahold of the second one some how from my neighbor? wierd. anyway hope to see some progress. keep up the good work and ideas

the VTS is short wheelbase. but I THINK amt, or monogram made a long bed snap variant that wouldn't be to hard to kit bash a full detail long wheelbase work truck. good luck trying to find a dodge truck motor for it though. I THINK there is a resin company that deals with diesels that actually has a cummin's turbo diesel for that year series dodge.
