looks promising (believe you're the first here to post a 2005 scooby), will you be adding detail, or build it oob?

Re: my latest project

I have just started mine too! Looks like a nice kit despite some errors to detail between the real car and kitset.
However its Blue, sounds good and is driven by none other then Petter Solberg so it has to be good!

Look forward to seeing more progress!

By the way, did your wheels have excess paint in them? on the struts that link the hub region and outer rim, there were runs of paint, i had to scretch them off, sand and repaint. What condition were your rims in?

Regards

Re: my latest project

Nice kit! Glads someone's actually building this at last. Pity about the pics quality though

Re: my latest project

The rims had some extra paint yeah...
but I didnt do anything about it...

And at last some progress pics

Body has been primed

Body has been sprayed with Tamiya TS-50 Mica Blue

Interior has been put together..

And since I dont got any PE parts I kind of made my own seatbelts

Re: my latest project

Im using photo etch brakes on my one so I think that the brakes have long ventilation indentations on them from memory. This might change between Tarmac and gravel rallies though in real life.
