Question clutch safety switch?

i swaped my 99 auto engine with an engine that came from a stang with a 5spd tranny in it. im having trouble getting it to start

i was told i needed to get the jumper to bypass the clutch safety switch becuase the engine i got came from a stang with a 5spd tranny in it and i hooked it up to an auto tranny.

Where and what is the clutch safety, switch how do I bypass/loop it??
Close the circuit??? is it hooked up to the motor??? Hopefully I didn't confuse anyone, But that would make perfect sense It seem,s like there is something preventing the motor from turning over any faster.... Well thanks in advance fellaz....

If you used your auto computer, auto engine harness and all connectors are plug in then you shouldn't need to bypass anything.
