99 Cobra

Ok folks, so I have a 99 cobra with 68k miles. It started running rough after the "service engine" light came on and stayed solid when lit (no flashing).

Initially I thought it could have been some bad gas. But after futzing with it and a long story short, I had a buddy with a computer and we hooked it up. The diagnostic said cylinder 4 misfire. He cleared the code and sent me on my way.

My question is:
Shoud I just replace the plugs and check the all-in-one wire/coil for each plug and replace as necessary??

68,000 is a good time for new plugs and check that coil for #4 cylinder and make sure it fires correctly.
