2000 Accord V6 A/C

Greetings to all.

My wifes 2000 accord v-6 is at the 30k maintenance point, and I am trying to find out information on the "a/c filter" that the manual states is supposed to be replaced.

Can anyone tell me

1. Is this a DIY replacement item?
2. Where is it?
3. If it is DYI, where do I get one?
