OIL? About My 94 mustang GT
Hi, I seem to have a problem with my engine oil. I just did an oil change about 3 weeks ago and for some reason it is low on oil now low oil light is now on and it is low on oil. The car is not leaking oil and I dont know where the oil is going. does any1 know what might be happening with the oil? this is like the 5th time that it does the same thing

Actually there is no smoke coming out of the car. I do smell some gas sometimes though.

What's the rate your losing oil?
How many miles on the motor? Bottom line is your either getting blowby/valve seal leak and burning it up or it's leaking somewhere. Those are your two options.

I just changed the oil like 3 weeks ago. and it was a quart low the day before yesterday. How many miles on the motor? about 145,000 Bottom line is your either getting blowby/valve seal leak and burning it up or it's leaking somewhere. Those are your two options. I would think its burning it cuz I dont see any leaks any where.
