Angry Dash lights and Radio lights out 95 pathfinder

Just bought a 1995 Pathfinder... Audio fuse was out at first..now I have sound ...Prior to finding the fuse problem I pulled the dash cover out to investigate...found the plug for my cig lighter, fixed..found another plug that is flat and black with two wires that I cant see where it goes... and I must of crossed a wire or something because.....

No dash lights...no radio button lights...and the dome light comes on and stays on when I start it..

HELP ME, there were two wires coming out of the radio harness that were taped...
