ENGLISH GENTLEMAN INSIDE , ITALIAN BULL OUTER ,and then? Long progress~EUTABLO 2K5

Is this picture give me the idea

So I descide to make my own Devel...
Original body from Tamiya 1/24 Europa special
And I 'll modified the outerer with this picture ,
But when I doing this , my friend says:You are making a junior Jota(@@")
And I am suprused that I change a little , But make it looks like another
Then , the original plan is add a mustang's V8 , but too large
so a decided to add a turbo charger...
But now I have another choice , a V6!
one of my friend will give me a 90' DTM's V6
, maybe from Alfa155 DTM or C-class DTM

So now I stock this and wait for the new Engine
Untill now next is change one seat to EVO 6's Recaro
Bigger(16")wheels , maybe a little surprised on it
I think I can finish it before NewYear...

That'll be the Lotus Type 47R then. Nice car, the original only had a 2 litre engine, but then it only wieghs in at about 700Kg all up! I kind of have a thing for Europas as my brother had one until a couple of months back when he had to sell it to help finance his PhD... And the styling was the fore-runner to my Series 1 Elise, it was quite spooky to park them next to each other.

If you want more inspiration check out http://www.banks-europa.co.uk They sell new bodies and chasis to create either Type 47Rs or the later Type 62S' with modern power plants. There stuff is so good they are endorsed by Lotus themselves, rather like the Caterham 7s. There's a guy over here with a 650Kg 47R with a 260BHp engine in the back. The performace and handling can embarase many modern super-cars!

The turbo Esprit motor seems a natural for a project like that.
The Revell kits are not too hard to find on E-bay either.
