300 sdl oil pan replacement
My oil pan is cracked (rock on the freeway), so it needs to be replaced. It looks like a bugger to take off. Any suggestions, special tools, etc. If I clean it well enough can the crack be welded, or will I have to get a replacement? Thanks for any advice!

No need to buy a new one. I put a huge rock through mine, many pieces. it was about a 3 inch hole. just get a good aluminum welder and keep all the pieces. it will save you a lot
