A Good Pain Reliever

Hey I just wanted to tell and ask you guys if you ever used Thera-Gesic? Its a pain reliever creme that works very well. I just put some on the back of my legs when I went Bike riding in afternoon from 3:30-5:00. This creme really works and I would recommend it to anyone who has muscle pain from working out. Oh yeah I got this because my dad came home with sample packs from his office and I tried some. Heres what it looks like.

i see. icyhot is also a splendid muscle soreness reliever (not that i baby my muscles every time they get a little stiff and unhappy) but a good old fashioned soak in the jacuzzi is also good =P

Never have used painkillers for self-induced pain. Real men don't need them

Yeah, my Heroin does the trick fine. (BTW Oz, did you get the... flour...? lol). I use this tihng called Deep Cold, it's for muscle aches or sprains but i just bathe in it basically something gets pulled, soak it.
