ok ok lets straighten this one out
first off 1600 is to much i know that now and thank you for telling me. ive done reserch on engines and companys who build them and i can make an accurate pictureon what i can do. the transmission however i have truble finding. i just waht insurence the when i take it to the store or the end of the track i need to know my rear end,and transmission will hold for me.
i honestly thought if you make 1300 hp that you would make more then that on tourq and im sorry if that number seemed a little far off but hey thanks to all who told me that its not possible. so now i can change my projections. 1300 hp twin turbo but i still need help with the rear end and transmission. any siggestions? -thanks |

It depends, I have a friend that build a 4.6 mod motor for a 90 gt, car weighs 3000lbs with him in it and made a little over 1000hp and it's getting a new engine that should push 1300-1500hp. He couldn't get a clean pass due to converter probs etc.. but his best was 9.2 @ 158 not hitting boost till a good way outa the hole...They're expecting with the new engine and converter that works this car to go DEEP into the 8's. With that much power i'd look at fully built C4 may handle it or a powerglide built would definitly handle it. If you must have a manual look into lenco, jerico etc...
