hydro's? air's?

Would it be wise to get hydraulics or air bags for a 93 deville. Also what would be a nice rim size for it.

Re: hydro's? air's?

to be completely honest with you, don't get either, air bags no because those leak after a while (they are widely known for doing that) you'd be better off converting it over to a normal suspension before the leaking and sagging begins. and hydros, no, the car you have is a true masterpiece of class and luxury as it is, no need to add some cheesy hydrolics. i'm sure you wont heed my advice, but thats just my opinion

Re: hydro's? air's?

they cost about the same to install but here are the differences. air bags last longer and require less maintance dont require 12 to 16 batteries but they dont recover as fast as hyros do. but you can install two 5 gallon tanks and a bigger pump which can help you with this problem. you will have air leaks after a while. if its a daily driver probable 5 years. Muffin King has an opinion he should have kept to himself because if no one did any mods to there car we wouldnt have hot rods, racing, etc. we would have nothing but boring stock piles of steel and plastic sitting in our driveways
