Camber/Caster adj for '94 Civic

I just installed AGX shocks and Eibach Pro springs (very nice ride). The alignment is coming out at -1.8 front camber, +0.2 front caster, -1.1 rear camber.

Q: I deally I'd like to correct for more positive caster and bring in camber to -1.0 or less. Any recommendations on street worthy kits that will not bust the bank?

Yeah for the rear use the bolt and washer trick and for the fronts you can use Ingalls kit on www.groupbuycenter.com

It appears that the ingalls kit corrects for camber only. Is there a way to correct for caster?

That's why they're called camber kits. There are no popular kits out that correct for caster because frankly:

1. Only 0.01% of the ppl actually know what it is.
2. Why would you want to adjust caster for the street?

With other vehicles I've had I can definitely feel the difference between 0 caster and +3-5 at freeway speed (75+). It's a matter of personal preference, but I like the added stability.

With the current alignment specs, the Civic will follow road irregularities, but will steer out of them with some driver input.

I think that has more to do with the civic's weight and and short wheel base compared to other cars you may have driven. But if it's that important to you, ask the place you got the alignment from to see if they can adjust it for you even if it's minimal.

I saw a kit at a local speedshop a few days ago when I picked up my Skunk2 camber kit. It had camber and caster adjustments. They were new control arm replacements like my Skunk2, but were quite a bit more expensive, comin in at a pretty $300 for both arms.

I used the bolt/washer trick on my rear. I used 3 washers, put my camber back to -0.4. My car drives and handles so much better with the wheels actually evently dispercing the weight over the contact patch... its a nice feeling =)

Just ordered the front and rear ingalls kits through groupbuy. Ingalls indicated that the '96-up eccentric ball joint will work on the earlier models so camber and caster can be corrected. Expensive option though, I'll just stick with camber correction for now.
