mercury mustang????

y is it that i herd from sum1 that mercury was gunna come out with a luxry mustang?? anyone else hear about this?

There thinking of using the new 3V Mustang engine and chassis reskin it and call it a Cougar.

that might be fun... it would be a lot better than the 'cougar' that they made last... stupid front wheel drive economy crap.

Hey easy now, my girlfriend has an 01 Cougar.

But I do like the idea of the Mustang based Cougar, yet another retro scheme.

It's ok dude! I actaully picked out that car for my GF, seeing how she didn't want a Mustang cause they were too big for her, and she wanted something fairly new at a resonable price. So I figured why not keep it in the Ford family.

I've being doing some research into the newer Cougars and there seems to be a lot of aftermarket for them too.
