need radiator information...desperate!!!
i'm picking up an 89 crx tomorrow, i found a crack in the radiator and i was wondering if i could switch it with the radiator from my 87 crx. are the two radiators the same and will the older radiator fit in the newer model? this would need to be done tomorrow.

Is the crack on the top tank? If so, it's nothing a little JB-Weld won't fix
I fixed a BIG crack on mine like a year and a half ago and it is still going strong

I also put some JB Weld on my car, but in the California Desert heat it went to crap. So I replaced it with a larger radiator and went ahead and took out the water pump as well, look for rust, if you see any you should go back and check the water pump. Rust=Bad

From an Aussie perspective, the 1G CRX ( we only got private imports of them) Radiator won't fit in a 2G. Different mounting points and size. But we only got the ZC powered 2G CRX here.
Try having to replace a SiR radiator - I had to get mine custom made
