Smile Finally lowered my 99 accord

Hell yea, the baby is lowered now.
Mods so far:
-Universal Muffler: Dragger (looove it)
-Underground blue neon effects (heh, don't work anymore...gotta look at wiring again)
-Cold air intake (suppost to pass smog test..I dunno whats the name of it. I heard it was some PNP or something with P)
-Tangoo or Tanzoo lowering racing springs (dunno if its either one)
Superwhite lowbeam with bluish tint (Dot approved, no thank you cops)
-12 inch Orion XTR sub sitting in my trunk waiting for its new owner to come and pickup. FInally some that thing for $70 while I got it for free...why not make $ off it? hehe

I have to get alignment done I believe on the front wheels but what I found rather interesting is that my front left tire is somewhat worn out while my front RIGHT one is NOT. When I am driving on the street normally going straight, the car moves to the right when I let go of the steering wheel. I am going to put the rear tires on the front ones and see if this will help.

The car is pretty much stock. Sounds really nice when you floor it, kinda like one of those nascar cars. But I am a regular driver who goes to work and doesn't RACE! (okay I raced once to see what the it could do when I just got it in all stock condition, but that was it) The ride is pretty stiff...but I am used to it now. I may put back stock springs that I have kept (yes, I kept them...hehe) and get alignment done too for like $50 since shops refuse to touch a lowered car. How pathetic...

Comments appreciated.

Sweet ride man. Nice mods. How much did you lower it? If you hadn't told me that it was lowered, I probably wouldnt have noticed it unless i took a closer look. By the way, thats actually a short ram intake, not a cold air. Did you just add a muffler to the end or did you do other exhaust work? I like how that tip looks, how much did it cost you?
Did you paint those strut tower braces blue (i think thats what they are called??), or did you buy new ones?

you are off to a good start.

Thanks alot for the replies.
Oh its a ram air intake? hehe I didn't know. Since it was like sucking air in I thought it was some cold air intake. It does suck air in pretty strong....
Yea I really need to do something about the alignment as soon as I get my paycheck.

I think the amount I got it lowered it very close to 2 inches because it is really LOW but the stock tires make it look somewhat high. Stupid tires

Those struct bars are painted. Just some beautity since I like blue I did a straight pipe from the cat coverter (or air silencer...whatever its called) to the muffler. Nothing much really else...my pipe was somewhat bent and we got that fixed too. Paid $40 for install of muffler and I installed the intake myself.

No, not a ram air intake. Its called a SHORT RAM intake. It just means that its a shorter pipe that a cold air intake. Instead of its purpose being to suck in cold air, it is to bypass the stock airbox system.
Thanks for clarifying the lowering issue--you are right it was the stock tires that made it look like that.

Yea, that black color with those white rims look very sleek. Awesome.
You mean, paint the car black and remove the tints from the windows?
Yea, that would be a good choice. What I really need are rims and tires

Thanks for the input.

Question

I gotta ask you guys something.
How much do those "gas" shocks cost? Will they do some improvements to the ride quality? I really need some less bouncy ride.

What kinda shocks are there and which one is the best one or a good one?

Oh yea, one final thing. Are the MAXSPEED coilovers good?
