will h23 tranny fit on f22b1

i'm a newbie so if i'm doing something wrong, please forgive me, and tell me so i can fix it for next time.

anyways, my question is will the manual tranny taken out of an h23 engine (from a 92 prelude non-VTEC) fit the automatic 96 accord ex VTEC with the F22B1 engine?

Please tell me why this will or will not work out and the process of converting the auto accord to a manual tranny one. I really want to learn about this.

I'm sorry if this topic have already been discuss on some other thread. It's very late at night and i'm very sleepy so I just post this and go straight to bed. I won't be this lazy next time.

yes it will fit. it has shorter gears then the f22 trans so you will be reaching higher rpms quicker
