Question Wild Mustang weekend, who's interested?

Just thought I would through this out there for the Northeast area members. On April 17th I plan on hitting up Lebanon Valley Dragway in NY http://www.dragway.com/ for a day of test and tune adventures. Should be a good time and fairly nice cool weather to practice some runs. The following day on the 18th is the MCCNE car show at Mustangs Unlimited in Manchester CT http://mccne.com/, also plan on going to that as well. If anyone is interested on joining on one of the days or both, let me know. It would be a pretty cool thing to get a pack or stangs heading out for some fun, also make for some killer pictures and a chance to get to meet fellow AF'ers on a more personal level.

I'm definitally going to the show, been planning on it for a few weeks now. I don't know about Lebanon though as I want to spend the 17th getting my car ready for the show. I'll let you know when the time comes.

Here's a link to NEMS, and the support they are showing on the meet. Sounds like it's going to be an adventure!

Re: Wild Mustang weekend, who's interested?

if you know of anything like that taking place around Arkansas (well, of course not IN arkansas we don't have a 1/4 mile strip) but in neighboring states let me know and I'd love to go. I've been waiting to run on a 1/4 mile... all we got it a 1000ft. I'm so deprived

I'm definitely going to the NMRA's in Joliet, IL this July so if anyone wants to plan on that. There really isnt many big car shows around here in the upper midwest. Just the ones at like swapmeets and dealerships and stuff. Kinda sucks.

I'd love to come but my car isnt done and i still need a trailer. Think we can do something like this a couple times a year maybe? I should be gettin about done in 6 months maybe. All depends on the cash flow.

i dunno, the forcast calls for rain all the way up until the 15th so.. thats cutting it close.. it would suck to drive to the track only to have to drive back.. i live in rochester ny and i go to leisters which is like an hr from me.. i was gonna go there the 17th...

Rain till the 15th? Well that's still plenty of time seeing the track date is the 17th.
