Question Del Sol/CRX 1994?

Hey everyone. If any of you have peeked at the updates of my ITR Turbo thread, you've seen I posted pics of my cousin kenny's 94' honda del sol/crx. He's not a model nut, but I know he would like to have a scale replica of it. So, does any model company make a 1994 del sol/crx with engine? Without is fine, but with would be nice. As fas as the RHD thing goes, that's no problem for me, and he probably wont care. So thanks in advance, I'll probably check out HLJ to see what they have.

Fujimi is the only company that makes a del sol. Sorry to say they do not come with engines. You can cut open the hood and drop in a Revell ITR or civic motor. I wish they has those when I did mine. I had to use scrap parts from other models to make my engine.

The kit is 1/24 scale. The 1/25 engine bay should fit. I believe meanB16 did that to his cr-x's. Sorry, the paint is the actuall automotive paint used on the 1/1 cars. My co-worker who used to work for us mixed the paint for me.

Re: Re: Del Sol/CRX 1994?

that's cool. I'll find something similar, if not I'll manage to airbrush it somehow, or I'll wait till it gets repainted in canary yellow (eh, I know). And I'll use some itr wheels and tires to reflect what he has or will be getting. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
