Blown Strut
Okay guys I'm new to this so take it easy on me. I drive a '97 Accord lowered enough that you can barely stick one finger in the wheel well. I installed a set of Ground Controls with KYB AGX and front/rear camber kit. For some reason I'm continuously blowing out my front driver strut. All the other struts are fine it's just this one corner. I've gone through three, yes three, AGXs. I've asked friends, mechanics, even Ground Control themselves. I've sent pictures to them and I'm still waiting for a response. So far nobody has been able to solve my problem. My AGX front settings are 2 just incase you ask. Any help from you guys would be great.

Re: Blown Strut
AGX does NOT recommend using adjustable springs. They are stock length struts not made for lowering - 1.5" max on normal springs.

Re: Blown Strut
I've gotten tired with my problem and I went ahead and got a complete H&R Coilover Kit installed and I believe I may have the same problem but thats just my assumption. After installation and driving around I noticed that my driver side was lower then my passenger. I made sure the struts that came were for lowering and they are. Could my problem be the fork that my strut slides into. For some reason a lot of stress is being put on this strut and it's just ticking me off. Also my steering feels loose on this side. Again any help would be appreciated.

Re: Blown Strut
I would start by inspecting all suspension parts on that corner and replacing any broken, bent, or worn pieces. Also aligning it may show something you were unaware of.
