65 chrysler 300L

just bought an old 65 chrysler 300L,bought the car for the motor and trans 413hp to put in old polara.but have been told that this car maybe worth fixing has some rust in bottom of rear quarters but other than that car is pretty solid.missing 2 or 3 trim parts inside of car is pretty good shape.anyone with any info or advice on this old car please let me know.
