Question Thinning Problems !!!

Was given these which i thought would come in handy for detail work. Decided today to use the Pacific Blue on some shocks but i cant thin it down. Used Humbrol thinners but its just seperating and does not want to know !!! Any tips on what i need to thin it with.
Appreciate any help.

I use automotive lacquer thinner, but only when I airbrush. Lacquer thinner might be too hot for detail painting.

YEp, if you are using Automotive lacquers you must use lacquer thinner, Humbrol will not be compatible.
