F575GTC - Le Mans 2004
Here's the Baron Connor Racing Ferrari 575GTC from this year Le Mans 24 hours. It's a 1:43 BBR resin, and is part of my grid build. I just felt like doing a seperate thread for this one as several people had asked about it. If you like it, check the rest of the models by following the link in my sig!
Here's the white metal and etched cage mocked up to check body clearences Completed interior 'plug', including BBRs excellent self-adhesive seat belts and the finished cage. The gear shifter should will soon be black, it's a lovelly piece of machined metal. Here's the interior mocked up with the body, it didn't photograph too well, but you should get the idea! Let me know what you think, and keep checking back. I'm hoping to have this one done in the next 5 days or so allbeing well.

Re: F575GTC - Le Mans 2004
Next to the Enzo, *only* my favorite Ferrari - 575M....
How much would a kit like this cost? I was thinking of trying 1/43rd scale, but I've been always afraid to mess up such tiny models... I'll be watching this build very carefully! ![]() Regards, Pedro. |
