Who makes a kit, how much does it cost, where on the internet is it sold, and can the electric fan from the first gen be made to fit the 2nd gen?

Re: 2ng gen electric fan?
Keep your stock fan it rocks and is not worth the aggrevation to replace for that extra 2-4 rwhp.
The electric fans do not work as well as the stock belt fan. I know 2 poeple now that wastd their money on electric and ended up putting back in the stock one. If you must - Summit racing sells a dual 11" electric fan maade by a company called Be Cool. It works really well anf fits the stock radiator perfectly. It costs about $290.

Re: 2ng gen electric fan?
I run the Perma-cool fan. Not by choice, but by necessity. I dont have a fan shroud made for my K2RD radiator.

Re: 2ng gen electric fan?
what about those pusher/puller fans? can you use one of those by themself or would it not be efficient enough?

Re: 2ng gen electric fan?
You'd definately want a puller fan if you are even going e-fan. The only reason I can tell to go e-fan is to make some room in the engine bay. Power gains are negligible.
