im not sure if anyone really knows what was in the gm big wig minds, but i stand by my arguement that it was advertising. if sales had gone down its cause they never advertised the damn things. i saw more corvette commercials than camaro or firebird, and there were a lot fewer people who could afford a corvette than who could afford a camaro

That and the fact that the then current platform didn't meet new safety regulations as of this year. Rather than put more money into what they must have viewed as a losing venture, they cancelled the line...

I'm with you Chevy I think that the camaro didnt have anought or should i say almost none advertising at all.
